Brain and body.

My friend Marc told me to do all this the other night when
we were playing basketball. He explained to me how he had
learned this the previous day in psychology class:

Hold your right thumb sticking up at arms length. Find an
object in the landscape or background behind your extended
thumb to place the thumb over (to hide object from your
view). You're left eye and your right eye being open at the
same time will cause you to slightly see two of those right
thumbs focusing on covering that object, because of the
difference in depth and range in each eye. Now close the
left eye, but leave the right open. Now close the right but
leave the left open. With whichever eye your thumb stayed
most covering the object, you are stronger with that side of
your brain, mind, and body. Try everything from the
beginning again, but with the left thumb instead. Same
results?
