How about Ravenous? Its one of my fav movies and not many people know about it, its about cannibals in 1800's USA. If horror isn't your thing might I suggest They Live? A kick ass movie about aliens that stars rody rody piper! Or what about Logan's run? Another one of my favs :P |

i suggest the passion of joan of arc. its a silent film from the 20's. the version that's currently being widely shared has no working audio, so we can all listen to whatever music we want while watching the film. when it was originally released it never really had a score to begin with and various music pieces was performed live at the theatres while the reel played. i think it could be interesting if we all listen to different music and compare notes on how well a particular album fit. |

Once Upon a Time in America is so long. Its described as an epic. We can watch They Live and some other kickass movie in the time it takes to watch that. |

Well it looks like an action movie. More stuff going on means more stuff to talk about. Once Upon... looks like a more substantial film which would be better watched alone. Seems like the kinda thing that takes a lot of thought and focused concentration. That's what I get from the trailer, anyway. :) |
