I stopped halfway into They Live. I had backtracked to
re-watch a part of a scene, then a minute later realized
what I had done. I had broken the synchronization. The magic
was gone. I couldn't in good conscience continue watching it
as part of the group. It really bummed me out. Next time I'm
going to sit on my hands while watching it.

Cool. That was my favorite movie when I was a kid. I was 9
when it came out. I had even wrote Charlie Sheen a fan
letter. I haven't seen it in over 20 years and I don't know
if I'll still love it. The trailer does have me itching to
see it again though.
