i would like to sugest a few things for aphextwin.nu, and since i couldn't find the old topic i started my own [i looked! HARD!] 1) here's an interesting concept...whenever you post a new topic, you lose a MB point. i think this'll actually be pretty fun, and add a new dimension to the board. 2)i don't think this one is actually practical...but i have seen it done plenty of times before. i think there should be a games section, where ppl can play chess, or go, or poker, etc. with other members, and can bet their MB points. |

That first one is interesting. People are quite irresponsible with posting new topics like it ain't no thing. The second one i'm quite undecided on. That would mean wasting even more time... |

*bainflash!* the ches board could be aphex themed? it could be all 2d, and the pieces could be diffrent aphex stuff...i don't know exactly... if not the pieces...the board can easly be made of abulm covers...and instead of saying pawn to e4, you could say pawn to saw2 |

Why do you want to discourage new topics? Are you trying to stop the "Hi Everyone, Wassup?" and "Bye Bye I'm Off To Bed" topics? |

3)there should be an "urgent" status ppl can st on topics so that when ppl post, it forwards the replies to that person's mailbox...i've seen this on other boards... |

We had that feature in V4. Not many people were using it and usually slows down the server. So, that's why we excluded it in V5. |

During 2002. Things are moving already. My house is full of diagrams and flowschemes. It looks pretty well. I've already created some layout concepts (a year ago actually)... Now they are being modified a bit :-) |
