i'm sure there's also something good, not hugely good, but something you can take some trust from. real life is a bitch sometimes but you'll be able to figure it out only going thru the rough times. mine wasn't a selfish thought you can bet on it, i just wanted to say that we are so busy sometimes to do not gather any positive feeling from things that we think to be the most useless. |

i think there is something wrong with my brain though.i suspect ocd.i cant shake of things that bother me,thoughts just become me and i see no way out.doing some thinking ritual ease the pain often. and it happens almost every time i get stuck on things/thoughts.this probebly makes no sense. |

No, people don't need therapists. If you have a chemical imbalance in your brain then go to the doctor and get the drugs. Otherwise, ordinary people - the vast majority - should figure this shit out for themselves. Most of the people who piss and moan about their lot are simply to lazy to get to the root of the problem - they would rather play a CD or go to a movie. They're so lazy in fact that eventually they pay a therapist to do all the work for them. If they're clever enough to understand what the therapist is telling them then they're clever enough to work it all out for themselves. What can the therapist possibly know that another person can't. All the information available to them is available to you as well. |

We are all automatons, you cannot possibly be alone - your feelings and emotions are replicated by everyone, your thoughts identical too - except for which the order in which they are distributed by one's memory.
