man running for president who does not understand the
economy nor technology
woman running for vice president who does not understand (or
have knowledge of existing) foreign policy, foreign affairs,
... who was picked solely to create a culture war and stir
things up; versus a man who is trying to bring americans
together, ever so apparent in his speeches.

this is the tipping point for an empire. glad i have not
brought children into this world as of yet.

Whenever she speaks and people applaud, chills run down my
spine. Almost all of our popular politicians pander and
talk down to us, but she takes it to the sickly sweet
extreme. She's hiding nothing but pure evil. PURE EVIL.
If ever I had to use the word "dumb cunt", this would be it!
:0)

after 8 years of bush shouldn't it be a slam dunk for a
democrat? what happened to obama? he had this momentum going
and is blowing it yet again. this is the best the gop could
do and after it cools down i'd expect to see obama kicking
ass again but i doubt anything substantial will happen since
he keeps moving to the right himself.

do you really think that america is ready for a black
president? america is too deeply rooted in racism to allow
it to happen. furthermore rightwing parties throughout most
political systems often have far more agressive and bullish
tatics.

Its all largely media spin anyway, and they gave obama a
head start but its pretty much up to them. it will be a
close call and those in power and influence in the media
will put whatever political bias on it that suits their
agenda.

we all know that McCain will win and pop his clogs within
two/three years and that bitch will be running one of the
most powerful countries in the world.

you mix Obama, Pallin, McCain in a bowl add a little onion,
mix it, and you got Bush with a tan.

It's a myth that McCain doesn't understand technology. In a
speech today, McCain mentioned that he got an e-mail from
somebody.

Come now xlt, there's no real difference between Mcbama.
They're of the same bird - different feather. Quite
honestly, I think America would be fine with a Black
President (they should be) if things in this country weren't
so fucked up - and continue to be.

My beef is not with McCain or Obama per se (take that back I
can't stand McCain as a person) but with the 2 parties.
What people in this country need to realize is the party
bias. How come a 3rd party can't get on a ballot or in the
debates? Because the whole thing is ran by the 2 parties.
Sounds fair to me.

The reason why McBama are both the same is because both of
them fail to acknowledge the issues that are actually
important instead of minor bickering.

The market getting crushed and will continue to. Then we
have McCain who wants to place tax cuts and increase
spending (wtf?) and then we have Obama who just wants to
increase spending (wtfx2?). Let's run this country more on
deficit spending.

BTW any non-Americans (Americans too) that have investments
in US stocks or in US Dollars, take the hit and get out now.

They already have. That's one of the reasons why you guys
are on the verge of an economic black hole. That and your
economy is based off of interest.

We are on the verge not because of that, but because we
borrow to consume. Getting out of the Dollar is an
after-effect to what has gone wrong for so long.

Here's a good overview of our situation and how the global
economy shouldn't worry too much:

Part 1
Part 2

its telling that in an election when people seem to be less
apathetic than in the past and the race is so close. if you
give people a true-false test in which the questions are
completely incomprehensible their score will approach 50%
accuracy.
