Congratulations, being a dad is the best and the most
grueling thing I have done. After the first few months it
gets easier.

One bit of advice:

Do not allow her to sleep in your bed. It sounds needlessly
cruel but a friend of mine told me that he had been given
the advice and it had worked out with his two. Mine on the
other hand are always in our bed and I wish I was given the
tip!

I know that you will be bombarded with advice at the moment
and the learning curve is rediculously steep. Don't sweat
the small stuff!

it's actually pretty dangerous to let a baby sleep with you
in your bed, because it can suffocate under the sheets if
you aren't careful enough :(

Congs Dude! It will blow you away! Woofer baby Engaged!

Sleep in the first 3 days was absent! Now after a week we
have her in a good routine and I'm getting 4 or 5 hours a
night, in three sessions, so it's not too bad.

My one advice is decide on a routine and stick to it no
matter what........ and don't rock your baby to sleep in
your arms!

sometimes getting up 3-4 times a night can be fun :(
well, your on such an adrenaline rush months after child,
you barely notice it, and its all worth it anyways

or just make Mrs. Woofey do all the work and you just sleep
through the nights :)
