it really does work. i just woke up in a daze, dizzy ,
disoriented and heart racing, almost beating out of my
chest. sat down in front of the comp with some of that
cryosleep stuff on and stared at picturs of waterfalls,
parks and smiling, sleeping animals and am now feeling
better than even normal . it really is all in your head

You seem to be getting into spiritual stuff cygnus. That's
why I recommend yoga to you. Maybe some deep martial art
will suit you as well.
Some indeed do say yoga is heretic. hehe

Perhaps you would be better 'relaxing in a gentlemanly
fashion'

You are never too clumsy to start doing yoga or martial
arts, just try it out. The fact that you tried some on your
own shows you have enough determination already, and that's
all that matters. I've always been pretty bad at martial
arts but I didn't care, I wanted to learn anyway. Maybe I'm
better at yoga, but I don't really know. With yoga nobody
gives a damn about how good you are, maybe the teacher will
keep an eye on so you don't overstep (overstretch) yourself.

Read Siddhartha by Herman Hesse.

Why can't you be like the rest of us and continue dragging
your soul through an eternity of stifled hopes.
