your life is much more eventful than mine.
Beetles... in my carpet... under my feet (or something)... they come out at night...

it used to run around and eat the scraps/crumbs off the floor...........
i never cooked a meal or visited a supermarket for the 6 months i lived in the house.
the cooktop was only ever used to hot-knife hash.
:) those were the days!

That sounds like the life, as long as you have INTERNET. Do you just find a random abandoned house and say 'this is MINE BITCH'? I'm glad you made friends with the rodent instead of performed terrible experiements on it which is what the rest of the humanity would have done, all well humans will be in the experiments soon enough. WE MUST END THE HUMAN MONOPOLY.

I got these little larvae that live under the edges of my carpet. I've learned to live with them, for I know not what they do. Eating dust, probably. Here, they look like this, but with a hard, tan shell.

They don't move, unless I touch them. They are very cool to me.

Whatever they're turning into, they're sure taking their time. I'm hoping for them to be mini-cicada, ya. I can hope!
