because hookers lick windows, i means that they pick up cars
by doing 'nuagty' things to the view of the men!!!

When the weather is bad, my cat jumps up on the kitchen
window from outside and knocks on it with her paws to get my
attention. Sometimes she licks the window... it's so darn
cute!!!

out of my hands and into the mirror... it was kinda funny

I used to lick the window on my bus as a lad.
It made my friends laugh and think I was weird.
...I'm lucky I didn't pick up the African plague or
something equally as dreadful.

windowlicking is the leading cause of death in adults ages
65 and over.

What's the consensus on the name windowlicker? (At least
assuming the track was named with the ideas of the video in
mind)

"by the way 'windowlicker' means 'retard'."

You mean it's an actual expression used?
Must be something those twats over in England say, I've
never heard it used over here.

thats terrible, i'd hope that richard wasn't refering to the
mentally unique in such a degrading way.

a friend of mine has this amazing cat that will paddle paw
you on the shoulder or chest or whatever and feels really,
extremely good. it's not like a normal massage where the
amount of pressure is crucial, but it's all about the
subtleties. i hear it's something else entirely when
psychedelics are involved...

Meaning of Windowlicker.

Maybe it's not particularly relevant to why Richard chose
it as a track
title, but the colloquial French term for "window
shopping," ("lécher les
vitrines") translates literally into English as "to lick
the windows." It is
usually used to describe someone wanting something that
they cannot afford.
Hence "window licker" refers to the two African-American
gentlemen shown
throughout the "Windowlicker" video engaging in the pursuit
of women they
cannot have. All of this makes damn near no sense until you
take into account
the fact that Richard's girlfriend at the time the track
was released was
French. So it still hardly makes any sense, but at least
you know _why_ it
doesn't make sense.

Window licker is a term used for the mentally handicaped
because they go on bus trips and lick the windows.
Apparently

hm...
i'd bet hard cash it had to do with both of those reasons
(windowlicker and 010101)
not that i care or anything...
it's a fuckin' good track

I am aware of the Mentally Handicapped definition of
WindowLicker.. But i belive Rich had more to it than just
that. But its a fucking good track and thats all that
matters.. Btw.. Hi im new to this community.

jupitah: Cats do that out of habit, when they are young its
the motion used to get milk from their mother.

Calling retarted people mentally unique doesnt cure them, i
dislike these panzy ass names people come up with for bad
things so they dont seem bad. IS that man dead, or just
having a long sleep.....
