If he did do it, you would obviously be held accountable to a certain extent. You would more than likely be used in his defense to remove some of the responsability. The chances are that your actions would not be taken as a serious steering of events and therefore you would not be held at fault for his actions. But more rediculous things have happened in court. Bottom line: Stop encouraging people to do stupid things. |
