I thought of this because of noseburger and Brisk's avatars. I remember when I was in college, goths were thin. Heroin sheik. Vampire grace. The goth ladies, even though their music taste sucked, were still at least nice to look at, and into kinky boning. Now all goths i see are fatties. what happened? In seattle especially. fatty goths everywhere. is it because there is no good new goth or industrial music, so they don't get out their clubs to goth dance anymore? deprived of their haunted aerobic activity, they just sit home eating cookie dough and watching The Crow? |

no no no. there have been goths since before I was in college, over 10 years ago. i was even a bit industrial goth myself. but i listened to Skinny Puppy, Ministry and NIN though, not that awful goth music. Well ok, i did have a Christian Death T-shirt but I didn't listen to Christian Death. Well, ok i did listen to a little Christian Death, and the Tear Garden and Roz Williams... and Gitane Demone....Black tape for a blue girl... ok, ok, i was goth i admit it. but i was skinny. |
