eBay - tips and tricks

Hey, I just bid on an item on eBay, and I REALLY want to
make sure I get it, and that I do not get pushed out at the
last second or some shit. What should I do to ensure that
this bullshit does not happen? I'm thinking I should have
the highest bid, and make my maximum bid pretty high so that
if some fucker tries to outbid me at the last second, he
will fail...

There is some program you can download that automatically
bids at exactly the last second...

dunno what it's called tho

tip #3

if someone from nigeria asks you to post an item to his poor
son before he pays for the item, don't do it. it's a hoax.
he is trying to steal your item/money.

Email the seller privately and ask him if you can come to an
"arrangement".

dont bid till the last minute

and make a really high bid, if someone outbids you he
deserved it more than you

offline nacmat on 2007-12-19 12:17 [#02155725]
Points: 31271 Status: Lurker

the thing is:

if you know the maximun amount of money you want to spend,
you just bid with that amount and whatever happens is good

if you want the item at all cost, then make a super mega
high bid and you ll get it for sure

but never cry for losing an auction, thats for losers

auctionsniper...that's how they do it! assholes. all my
auctions were lost in the last seconds where somehow lots of
new people magically appeared with higher bids.

Originally it was 6.99 GBP, but when some guy bid 5.08, I
changed it to 7.08 to conform to the 0.50 GBP increment.

design a program that will bid on every item on ebay and
also send messages to all sellers to offer a full reserve
plus 40 percent
so that you win on all items in every country on the entire
planet.

then you will have the attention of the world via news paper
and tv programs you may even get to play a part on a sad
soap opera.

with this power you will become the master of the universe
!!!

like that cnut Charles ingrem , y know the wonderful cheat
on who wants to be a millionarse ...he had his own tv
cooking show and made millions of pounds afterward selling
books and such.

there is a legal happy rich secure life out there for the
brave and selfish.

How to win consistantly on ebay. Bid £9999999999999999999
on every item you want. You will win 99.99%+ of items. Never
again will you complain about losing because someone bid
more than you. ;)

Seriously though, I would like it if these saps who plan
their life around when their ebay auctions end would get out
a bit more. Either that, or that the exact end time wasn't
disclosed (ie it operates like a blind auction).
