so far there's no official announcement of the contents, but
if there are 20 tracks, it's almost certainly a double
release. i wouldn't trust wikipedia just yet, though.

Well it seems someone removed the tracklist now. Very
likely that someone here made it up or someone here went
there and removed it, yes?

# There is a leaked track on the Soulseek music stealing
network called Vout.
# The leaked track sounds Polish influenced and will appear
on CD2 of the one disc album.

lol @ polish influenced. cowbells aren't polish for fucks
sake.

I'd just like to say that there is no such thing as "new

Read Frege's "Thought" essay.

As honestly mentioned earlier, I saw this on:

-Wikipedia first (no footnote)

-Angry Ape

-Drowned in Sound.

Now wiki is footed. So THERE. I wasnt fucking around.

the article on Drowned In Sound says "Autechre have
confirmed..."

where did they confirm it? via telephone? via email? via
fax?

What if they have done a really short album for once and
rush through those 20 tracks in thirtyfive minutes or so?
That would be interesting.

Whatever it is they are releasing this time I'm sure it's
mindblowingly great, as always...

Thos etitles look like a bunch of random nonsense that
someone has sat down on a keyboard and shat out during a
bored lunch break at work............

With all do respect, the same thing could be said about
every Autechre release and was probably uttered in the
months prior to each debut.

But you do see the difference between

Sim Gishel
Uviol
Vi Scose Poise
Cichli
Melve

and

‘Paralel Suns’
‘Steels’
‘Tankakern’
‘Rale’
‘Fo13’
‘fwzE’
‘90101-51-1’

I mean there's a huge difference in pronouncability for one,
but also originanlity and general non randomnesss

i recall glotch being the first to call the double disc. i
am so amped for this. if it is indeed 2 full length discs,
its going to take years to fully digest everything they have
put into it. hopefully there is a nice variety of all their
stuff. maybe it is their swan song and its all their
albums/styles revisited with a touch of now. drool.

Clearly if the titles turned out to be true I'd have to hail
them as true works of genius that they really are.

Someting like fwzE is just plain bollocks though. I mean
the 'last' letter is in uppercase with the 3 preceding it in
lower. It's just WRoNG.

Call me nuts, but I just don't see how that argument holds
up when you look at the following non-objectively:

Paralel Suns - Quaristice
The Trees - Untilted

Steels - Quaristice
Bike - Incunabula

Tankakern - Quaristice
Gaekwad - Peel Session 2
(both make no sense)

Rale - Quaristice
Dael - Tri Repetae

Fo13 - Quaristice
Fold4, Wrap5 - LP5

fwzE - Quaristice
6IE.CR - Draft 7.30
P.:NTIL - Draft 7.30
VL AL 5 - Draft 7.30

90101-51-1 - Quaristice
IV VV IV VV V11 - Draft 7.30

A LOT of their songs are unpronouncable. Whoopdy do. There
are structual similarities in these new tracks and the old
ones. Enough so that it doesnt seem entirely unbelievable.

Tankakern - Quaristice
Gaekwad - Peel Session 2
(both make no sense)

THE WINDOW. YOU'RE FULL OF SHIT! heh.
