I'm going to buy it you herpe. Just like all their other albums, which I own. No point in waiting if I dont have to. The way I see it, we're waiting b/c they need people like M.A.H. playing it on their Dj sets to convince everyone else with lesser intelligence that it is worth buying. If they leaked it and word spread, they'd probably get more buys at the end of the day. Or sell it at a discounted price at their live shows, where they will make the real money. Its like subscribing to a smart magazine. You get a link to the PDF when it goes to print and you get your printed copy in the mail before it hits the stands for anyone else. |

the artwork is nice, i can see the cover turning to shit within weeks due to the cardboard sleeve but it's very fresh and interesting for an autechre one. and it's all purple vs the stuff warp posted online! yes horse, very nice. it's such a varied/epic album, love the dynamic of melody and beat on this one, far more sprawling in the 'straight' direction than the other post-lp5 stuff. |

the melody on SonDEremawe is absolutely incredible. i honestly didn't think ae would ever make anything so blatently melodic again, but wow... its technically brilliant too. At least as good as keynell imo, which is high praise indeed. cx i'm not very good at reviews but upon a single listen it has single handedly being the most impressive and immediate ae album to date. |
