What's the first record, CD or whatever you can recall
someone buying for you?

My mother bought me Paul Simon's 'Graceland' album in 1986.
I think I could have been the only 11 year old on earth to
own that.

It is aphex twin cd with come to daddy song.

That was one and the only non-pirate cd/tape anyone had ever
given me.

the REM album that came after out of time album since the
person who owned it didn't like it so he said "listen and
keep it"....

such sad memories.

WAS I EVER LOVED ????

Hmm, well my aunt asked me to pick a cd out for my birthday
so i picked Prodigy - Music for the Gilted Generation
(sp?).

Before that i can remember getting the Lion King Soundtrack
on tape, so i just listened to it on double speed for kicks.

My maniac friend bought me U-Free - "Sliding Wheels
Talisman" for b/d. That CD was dope! U-Free is a Russian
band singing in English about stuff like love, paedophillia
etc. REALLY DOPE!
