Er, it's a Montreal band you big silly. And the shop I frequent is a time machine that generally gets stuff a week or two before the "official" release date. I'm often pleasantly surprised. is the one I saw on the racks. |

yeah.. the shop where i go puts stuff out when they get it.. i find a lot of albums on the shelves early.. so i was dissappointed when i had to wait for the actual release date for the sigur ros album found yanqui uxo in there today though, luckily |

MoG: there ARE no indie stores where i'm going to school. hell, there are no music stores at all except for our school bookstore (shite selection, overpriced) and walmart (no "dirty" cd's, and walmart is even worse than best buy in terms of conglomerates). since i can't avoid giving my $ to a corporation, i pick best buy for their superior price. i'm not about to just wait till i'm at home to buy it and hear it. |
