get the DVD and look at the 'making of' doc. at the very
very end they have a few seconds of concept art for Tron 2.0
and it clearly is going to be the biggest thing since Star
Wars opened in 1977.

interesting indeed..

the original looks beautiful. quite stylish. reminds me of
Skam for some reason.
the script was crap. Wendy Carlos' OST is brilliant. its a
combination of a choir, a small orchestra and her on
keyboards, all recorded seperately and then spliced together
- hell of a lot of work, then.

u sure it's for the movie, cuz it looks worse then the
today's available games, if you want to use a future
setting, at least have it look like it's too advanced for
years to come

I now meant the pics from the website. The website is really
nicely done, but gets annoying as it takes ages to get to
one section of it

I hope it flops, I'm tired of big budget, over-hyped science
fiction movies. Even Star Wars wasn't all that great. I'll
take old episodes of the Twilight Zone anytime.

Those screenshots are from the OC Game....dunno if there
will ever be a Tron 2.0 movie....

I hope not in a way, as the original is so good...just got
the 20th anniversary 2DVD set at the weekend; looks fucking
georgous on DVD...(the old DVD version was a shite
transfer..this one been done right...)...

Thinking about it...Pixar would be able to do Tron 2.0
justice, they really understand how to work with the
weaknesses of CGI....

Hehe, I was reading up on Tron on IMDB after reading this
topic, and I found this in the trivia section. Jeff's well
hung!

''Jeff Bridges produced too much of a bulge in the crotch
area in his computer outfit, so he was forced to wear a
dance belt to conceal it.''

pity...could have provided some nice "is that your
Joystick?" light relief in the movie...

Whilst we on the subject, they had to tie Errol Flyns to his
leg in all those Robin Hood movies....would've frightened
the audience otherwise.:)..

''they had to tie Errol Flyns to his leg in all those Robin
Hood movies''

Hmm, that's annoying, I know the feeling. I can sympathize
with him. :-D
