It reminded me of The Man From Earth - big bold ideas, budget small enough that the story didn't get screwed over by executives concerned with dumbing it down for the widest reach, though I have to say, Timetrap was a lot more fun. Don't want to post spoilers but when the girl first climbs out to get a look around - holy shit! That's when I knew they weren't going somewhere safe and predictable. |
