this has a nice dark and acidy sound. i'd give it more bass
(like boom-boomish on the background). first track of yours
i have ever heard so i really can't give objective feedback
with nothing to compare

here's another one if you're interested...

thanks for listening to it... and with the basses... that
seems to be my problem, my tracks lack powerfull bass
sounds..

sounds nice and but for my taste, that drums in the
background are a little repetetive, maybe try fading it out
slowly and then let them suddenly return with higher volume
or something.
i am far from being an expert, though

hey i like this JAroen, it suits the mood i'm in. I kind of
like the repetetition of the drrum's, not too skippy.

hi jer, i downloaded the two tracks - very cool, i like the
tune in VIDCTheme and the beat wasnt too straight, which was
really cool :-)

listening to Gradus3 now.... nice drums

can i get these ripped at a higher bitrate anywhere?

its quite okay, JAroen..

I like the percussive sounds, although I do agree with
Cheffe, although (nr.2!) not on his solution. I would say
bring some variation into your drumpatterns or introduce
some new percussive sounds, replacing old ones, something
like that.

I also always like a sudden change towards the end,
completely switch to a new melody to make a kind of outro.
just to spice things up a bit.

thats also something I missed a bit - it sounded all kind of
neat, as in kind of dull (ooh not the right word, a bit too
strong..), sounds like you want it to sound kind of wild,
but it never really goes wild. in other words: LET HER RIP!

overall, nice.

I don't have any .flps online, but these were all
made using fruityloops (although admitedley some of them use
plugins/sounds made and manipulated in other packages).

The following tracks were made purely with floops and the
included samples, synths & plugins:

The Drowning Song
The Dunes
Vanilla Hub
Gaussian
Pistonslip

I listened to the first track. It's nice, though a bit
repetitive. Also, the sound quality is a bit too low, but
i'll blame it on the mp3 compression.

If someone is interested, here's an extract from
Allongeons nous sous ce qui semble être le ciel.
Marchons ensemble dans ce qui fut une prairie. Admirons des
héros hypocrites et corrompus.
, my last 'album'...

Sorry.
