1. If you are psycho and you take drugs, the drugs will only bring out your fucked up tendencies. So dont blame drugs because they made you go psycho. You were psycho to begin with. 2. Shrooms are not party drugs. The are mainly for spiritual purposes only. Any and all questions can potentially be answered during the shroom 'peak' 3. If you smoke weed once, chances are it will not do anything to you. Try smoking more. 4. Weed will not make you lazy. YOU are lazy, deal with it or change. 5. Weed makes you paranoid because its illegal. Smoke somewhere far away from the 'law'. 6. Alcahol has killed more people than coke, heroin, X, and crack - combined! I'm not encouraging anyone to smoke. If you are going to try weed, dont smoke once. You will NOT get high if you take 1 or 2 hits. People say "Oh i smoked weed once and it didn't do anything" I had to smoke 3 days in a row to finally get "high". No one has died from weed, please try to prove me otherwise. Yes people have died from smoking cigs, but that doesn't say anything about weed does it? |

Every person I've ever smoked with has said the same thing - they're paranoid because they dont want to get caught. There is no reason to be paranoid if weed was legal. I've smoked hundreds of times in safe places and not once did I get the paranoid feeling. |

weed does make you paranoid. go smoke, chill in a dark room by yourself, watch a movie, etc. you get the idea. sitting in your house alone isn't going to make you worry about the law. however, i can honestly say that drugs have really given me a better perspective on life and what I need to do to meet my goals. i look at many people now,and wonder if they are blind? they really are just following paths and not creating their own goals or lifestyles. ive shroomed 5 times over the past 2years or so, lil more. i dig exerting myself away from reality now and then. i learn a lot about myself, and others. i used to be a very shy kid growing up, and i rolled every now and then (safely, 5htp, tested pills, etc, didnt go to raves or shit like that) and i think it has really helped me. i can speak my feelings a lot better, and don't bottle things up inside. this plays a large role in my life now, being able to say things. but you can't say that drugs helped you with a problem, no no, drugs only _cause_ problems, right? im only 19, so what do i really have to say? im only a comp. engineering student, already with a career job in network engineering, bankin some big ass $$$$ and working with multi million dollar equipment on a daily basis. shit must be the pot. |

although i can't say that because one thing that really does bother me when in drug conversations/debates is when ppl start breaking out the: "oh this guy i know is a 4.0 student blah blah enigneer and he smokes on a dialy basis" i hear that far too often and disagree with that argument, it doesn't hold water and isn't a valid point that should be used widely. but it can be used to show how pot doesn't nec. make you lazy.... a hard working individual will get to his goals no matter what, if he truely wants to meet them |

earth, i agree with that. it's my young years i'm not saying i'm going to smoke the rest of my life, or party as hard as i do. i realize that someday i will settle down with a family,and all that will be over with. this is like a "mid-life crisis" for kids, but some ppl take that too far and can really screw up their lives. i don't hate you, i have no reason to hate someone for looking after me on the topic. |

you've missed the point. ive been there, done that. and please don't judge me by calling me ignorant and righteous. because i only post to serve and educate becasue i have no other reason to push my method of madness on anyone else. you either take my advice or leave it. i've done pleanty of drugs, i suspect more than you've have hot dinners (as the saying goes). i'm not gonna hammer it down your throat about the bullshit about ecstacy or whatever (although i'd be especially careful about that one), i just want to promote self awareness where its needed, and to me it sure is needed in this context what offends me is people who somoke weed or pop pills knocking pissheads and chain smokers clearly without realising that the REAL reasons that alchohol & nicotine are legal and that other drugs are not. i'm not goning to patronise you either because believe it or not i used to be 19 so i can think like a 19 year old if needs be - i have your concerns im not knocking you in any way. sorry if you think this but its late i have to go, so if you want to continue this converstaion (for your own benefit) then bring it up tomorrow or the next day and i'll happily give my... ahem... advice. all the best, happy new year, pete. x. |

hey my dad used to have interesting relationship w/alcohol: he got about 8 (eight) bottles of beer every evening, not to mention his day take, and still he wasn't an alcoholic. That means, when mom told him like "we're going on a vacation, so could you please drink not this much", he stopped for half a year. TOTALLY. And not suffering at all! He was relieved, saying he's happy without the stuff, but his life being so miserable he doesn't want to keep himself dry. |

most has been said, but heres my shit and my experience: 1. you are what us is, (lazy, or para) 2. weed lets you show more of your unconscouis and can make you more extreme (which i think is not bad, if u think of it as a accelarator in finding out who you really are. but sadly most people dont want to see and keep up with bad habits. the prblem these people have with weed then is that they also can influence their moods instead of making a change. 3. weed is not harmless 4. alc and pills arent either 5. weed is far less bad for lunges than cig i agree that weed should be legal, mainly because i like it and everyone should have the possibility to check for himself without a.the fun or b.the paras of doing forbidden shit. to shrooms, most people i know that did em werent good examples... i wished i had a priest like in mexico, to guide my journey and then i would eventuall do em... take what u want and take care, but make up your mind why.. peace |

I'll have to agree with earthleakage\jarworski here. i have to admit that i dont or have never taken drugs but from my own experience, i think they would just fuck life up more than help. its also a waste of $, if drugs do help you, they only help for a short period and not forever, so your constantly spending $ to feel better. anyways thats my opinion, im not trying to get any of you to stop or anything because whatever helps you, your able to do anything you want so whatever, its up to you guys. most people when theyre older get so fucked up and regretful after doing them so I just want that kind of life at all, i think i'll steer clear of drugs. |

It depends on what you'ved lived through, and where you live right now. If you we're in my shoes you'd be smoking 10 joints a day. Fortunately I'm in control more than most people, I actually quit smoking for the past 10 days, it was VERY easy but I plan on sparking a J for new years tonight. |
