go for a long walk........take some deep breaths basically you wanna do something that focus' your energy towards something that will keep your mind off what made you angry. my one SAGE piece O advice - never say something in anger to ANYONE, you'll always regret it, and you can never take it back. no matter the apologies, the person will never forget what you said......tis a sad fact |

i dunno ...... i don't agree with that. i agree you probably mean what you say *thinks there's a kernel of truth in most things that are said by peepz* however......when you're mad you tend to react in ways that are MEANT to hurt the person or persons that hurt you. you may not subconsciously be thinking that but thats what happens. anger controls you....you don't usually control the anger. better to reflect and say something CONSTRUCTIVE after the HEAT of your anger wears off....... it's just been my experience =/ |

that's what I use to do. My favorite was to pick my relativly heavy wooden desk chair up and smash it against my desk and shit. Chairs broken, desk has gouges and pieces missing, but parents wouldn't replace them cuz they know how it happened. btw: I'm still really mad from last night, it's not going away............ |
