what messengerr things do you have i.e) msn aim icq... coz i only have msn, but its gone all shit and has these little annoying tags that won't go and i want something betterr. whats best. |

I use Trillian, which is MSN/AIM/ICQ/YAHOO all in one. But I only use MSN and AIM. Convenient, and it looks and smells better! |

msn... and yes, the new version has the msn money tabs and shit that suck so bad, and you can't take them off. on earlier versions you could opt to make them go away. I have heard good things about trillian but I haven't installed it. |

you CAN take them of at msn 5.0 Extra --> Options --> Privacy then almost at the bottom.. the third little block should be marked (something about a public computer.. just say it's public so that it doesn't show the tags) at least that how it works on my dutch version goodluck |

i got the new msn and couldent rremove the tabs, so a friend sent me the old one again, the only prroblem was that the rremovable tabs kept poping back up everry single time i minimised msn. so that you verry much Morton coz i have done what you said on mine 4.6. |

you're welcome maybe you can find an other friend to get the new version again ;) 'cause it also works with 5.0 .. removing those damn tags and when signing in that 5.0 really kicks ass!! those two green guys dancing around --> that's the reason i took it ;D |

i don't see a link there, only one to my mailbox, probably removed that one also.. if read the options-stuff well , you can get rid of al this crap.. even with the newest version.. they've just made it harder to find da right buttonz .. |

i use this thing called iChat. it's a combo of aim and rendezvous (what ever the fuck THAT is) for mac osx. it's a lot like palace... buddy icons talk to each other with word bubbles |
