Best remedy for hang hovers ... mmmmm a cold one , if not an option hard core rehydratation , lot's of liquid preferably salty (since salt help to "metabolize" water) , i recommand tomato juice , garden coktails and v8. before sleep . yes you'll go peeing in the midle of the night but it's better than a solid hang over . remember keep a glass of water next to bed for mid night additional rehydratation and to help waking up ;) |
