Single track - Too many, but maybe 'God Is In The Radio' by QOTSA, 'Heroin Girl' by Everclear and 'New Millienium Cyanide Christ' (live) by Meshuggah.
Album: Probably 'Rest Proof Clockwork' by Plaid... haven't listened to it for like six months and I like it a lot more this time round.

What springs to mind automatically is:
Kid Spatula (Mike Paradinas) - Dirtwah
It is a complete monster track. It could and should be massive, have loved it always.
Weird as it is I think for me Mike always does the most massive sounding tracks. Its tight between him and Aphex but I think Mike just might beat him.
