Bizarrely for the time of year there are no new releases
that I want to buy that I haven't already got.... So I'm
filling up gaps in my collection / making some random
purchases.

Any suggestions on essential listening?

more spam with your turkey....?

talking of Christmas purchases, you can get CDs that retail
at £12.99 at amazon.co.uk for £8.58 including delivery by
emailing here. you have to be a new amazon
customer (or at least have an email address that amazon
doesn't know about).

[if the CD is listed as £11.99 it will only cost you £7.58
inc p&p etc.]

some albums i consider to be essential in my collection:

> Aphex Twin - ...I Care Because You Do
> Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works vol.II
(but that you've probably already got ;))
> Coil - Scatology, Horse Rotorvator, Love's Secret Domain
> Coil - Moon's Milk [in four phases]
> Einstürzende Neubauten - Silence Is Sexy
> Fluke - Six Wheels On My Wagon
> Opeth - Blackwater Park
> Sonic Youth - Murray Street

(still, maybe you already got them already)
