i miss physical contact

i feel very alone at college

sometimes i just really want a hug.

my family is very close, we hug all the time, and being at
college, the most i touch other people is like a hand
shake.

touching is good... i think i have an unhealthy lack of
it...

id like to just fall asleep with a girl in my arms.
not sex or anything. just want to hold someone close,
caringly... you know?

wow, this topic depressed the fuck out of me

but Im gonna try to work it out so i can also take all the
Composition classes (film scoring and composition have alot

Every time I walk across a bridge I have to fight the urge
to jump off. It's not because of suicidal thoughts
though... It's not because of the rush either.
I just really....really....want to jump...off...bridge.

I dont really think about killing people or having to deal
with people in my thoughts when I have to deal with them in
reality.

I honestly think about what if something happened to me, who
would really care? who would come to see me? As if once
something horrible happens is when people break down and
tell you things-confess.

Why do I need something dramatic to get the feelings out,
why does everyone have to be drunk--As people we need
love-affection and everything that comes along with
it...People just think about sex..sex and sex...how about
someone who can stimulate you, simple conversations and
innocent sex...No, its about what ifs, well I've realized
that I tell people how I feel, I may analyze..or be
blunt...but everyone is thinking something different.

i wouldnt necessarely say an urge to kill or anything
violent, but supposedly males and females have, to some
point, these kinds of thoughts.

it can range to something crazy and insane like pushing
someone in front of moving cars, to, let's say, just walking
in your neibourghood (sp?) at night and thinking about
running to a house and ringing the doorbell...

it's something you know you wouldnt do, but just wonder what
would happen if you actual did.

happen????

very unlikely, yes!

When I was a little kiddie poo, I used to think about all
kinds of awfull things and such... but now.... I am such a
non violent person. I have my moments where I can be
intimidating and put on the "tough guy" clothes... like when
someone is trying to start something... but thats really
rare. But being totally non violent has its down sides...
anger turned inwards is depression. And that is never fun.

theyre like waking dreams
i have them from time to time
usually when ive got too much on my mind
im fascinated by the ideas of subconscious contents and
their relation to dreams

especially recurring dreams.
i have 2 or 3 i can remember off the top of my head

the implications are not the sort of thing i can get my head
around too easily
but then i dont believe theyre there to be easily sussed
out

still that sort of thing does for me suggest the possibility
of phenomenas such as reincarnation

transpersonal stuff, kicks my ass!

here, i feel like posting one dream in particular now, its
was so vivid, and i woke up feeling really energised and
fresh.

There was a bit in a book I just read about this kind of
thing... it also applies to social situations, y know like a
compulsion to shout something really offensive in a
restraunt or something.

me too, i always think of how i could die, be killed
or commit suicide... very often :)
when i cross the road, when i'm coming back home, when i'm
in the bathroom (you know, having a bath with a hair dryer
for example! it's easy!), when i'm in my bed (i have a knife
on my bedside)...
there are easy ways to do it :)
i even heard somewhere you'd die if you ate a complete
nutmeg _ not sure whether it's true or not, or whether it is
possible or not to eat it ;)

...is it a male thing?
i don't know... in general, males tend to keep their
sorrow/problems for themselves...
i don't think i'm acting like that ^^
maybe it's an adolescent thing too, all these adolescents
thinking of suicide...

it would be easy to kill someone, and myself.

i have drreams sometimes that i am hanging myself frrom my
cupboarrd but change my mind half way thrrough and can't
stop it.

i could neverr kill someone though because its not just a
body, its a mind, its a past and a futurre that you arre
killing.

It's said that one can not die in his dreams. I think it's
true because I sometimes dream that I falling from a great
hight and just when I should hit the ground I wake up wery
suddenly (and usually bump my head in the window ledge).

i've already dreamed of my own corpse being eaten by rats,
in a cell, but i was watching myself from outside my body so
maybe it wasn't really death.

of course if you're dead, really dead, without any
"afterlife" or whatever, you cannot know it _ so you would
just stop dreaming.

i drreamed i trried to shoot myself in the head, which would
have killed me, but as i pulled the trriggerr i pointed down
and shot my jaw off.

so maybe it's trrue, you can't die in yourr own drreams.

It's also been proofed that you can not dream in colors... I
don't think that's true because I see colors in my dreams
that I can not see in real life (I'm colorblind).

Actually it's above my understanding how we can dream in
colors because of how our color vision is constructed...
Inside your eyes are tiny little cones that detect what
color the reflection of light that reaches your eye is, some
detect blue, others read etc (There are a few missing in my
eyes wich result in my colorblindness... They need light to
detect those colors but of course most people sleap with
their eyes shut so no light can penitrate. So it should not
be posible to dream in colors... But somehow it is.

Phew, what a lecture! :)

I've been shot to death in my dream once. I immediatly felt
paralyzed and couldn't breathe.
It felt horrible, but I wouldn't call it a nightmare. I felt
actually quite peaceful afterwards.

I often dream to be killed...and as it happened to Alliat I
wake up in that moment....

ummhhh....Actually once I was shot in the head, and I stayed
there without breathing or moving untill I woke up and I
realized what I was doing....

The fact of colors being in dreams is strange since I
usually dream in black and white, but sometimes I remember
some details like the color of the eyes of a person, or the
color of the sky....mmmmhh

It's as i said... Not scientiffically possible, but some of
us can... It's like some people use their brain to generate
the colors when their eyes are shut instead of using those
color-cones i talked about earlyer. B&W vision is not all
that bad... you can see in the dark f.x.

"They need light to detect those colors but of course most
people sleap with their eyes shut so no light can

but light is needed to see white. white is a rreflection of
all colourrs. so therrforre how can we see anything it all.
the rreason is, we arre not seeing, we arre drreaming... its
imagination.

Theese are the arguments i've heard but from what i have
experienced myself, dreaming is 50/50 split of mental and
phisical states... And yes, your eyes are in use while
dreaming... It's called REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleap, then
your eyes are moving arround under your eyelids as if you're
looking at someting... They even focus on close and distant
imaginary objects.

Yes, but not half as many as most people do... I see bright
colors correctly but i see darker colors like violet as
black, they all look the same to me.
Because of this i may not be a pilot, captain on a ship or a
train err... controller.

I saw a program on tv a while ago where they were testing on
people when thy were asleep.
This one guy had a fine mist of water sprayed on his face
and when he woke he said he was dreaming about being on a
boat in a storm and getting wet from the sea spray... cool!
