noises and other stuff can break into your dreams as totally
another things, at least in my case... This sometimes
prevent me from waking up from my alarm clock; it only
breaks into my dreams as a theft alarm or smoke detector,
depending on the scene in the dream.

I once had this weirdest nightmare where my grandpa was
trying to kill my with some sort of supernatural powers
(!)... Then when he almost got me I woke up, got to the
bathroom and there he was, floating in mid air with red eyes
and an award winning AFX grin. I realized that i was still
dreaming. i woke up a few times after that and finally when
i woke up for real, my heart was pumping like an engine in a
big sports car... It took me the rest of the night to
convince myself that I was awake for real this time. I went
pretty close to the edge that night! :)

yeah, i hate it when it hapens... Missed a final exam once
because of this, it costed me two more weeks of studying.
Don't you think it's odd how precisely the sound fits into
your dream... It's like you subconciousness knows the sound
is about to occur and creates a scene around it. It's like
this one time my mom dropped a disk and broke it while i was
sleaping and of course i dreamt that i broke a disk too...
The funny thing is that in my dream, i was already holding
that disk in my hand, and i dropped it before i heard the
sound but it hit the ground and smashed exactly at the same
time the as i heard the noise.
Bizzare, isn't it? :)
