without the gaps you don't have rhythm ... but superimposING
is quite useful

all the fuffer's here have left, they won't be back till
late summer/autumn-ish ... quite funny things though

actually you don't need silent gaps for rhythm. ex. have
tone 1 and tone 2 alternate in a pattern with no gaps at
all.
:P

This is a model fuffer, the fuffer of the future

Fuffers were invented at the St Louis worlds Fair when the
ice cream stand ran out of glass bowls and had to serve ice
cream in waffles.

actually each sound wavecrest has a small gap when it goes
back down I guess...

wmw : you still have gaps with respect to tone1 and tone2
tho .. but yeah .. ain't exactly "silent" .. although it is
in a way, because you don't hear the tone .. ON/OFF

I don't know, I don't really know the nature of behavior of
different types of waves.

you just need something "different" in contrast to something
"the same" to make a pattern. but really a big white sheet
of paper isn't "the same" every molecule is a seperate
molecule, they just happen to have evolved to look and
behave the same. I guess.

that's if there are molecules - i haven't actually seen any
meself .. my eyesight is pretty shot, i just take people's
word ..

electricity seems to work... probably just god messing with
our heads by making our theories seem to work out... ants
are big enough to see and they all seem to look and behave
nearly the same.

*is a bit late*

i like music based on emotions firstly, then i might like it
aswell, if i really like the musical ideas or complexeties
of it.
