30/11 They'll both be playing in Hasselt , Belgium, on
different locations.
dunno what to choose.
How are they live?

live.

both are vastly different
Mu-Ziq is true IDM/Braindance/Drill'n'Bass
AmonTobin is downbeat/Drum'n'Bass

I would personally go for Mu-Ziq because I find Tobin, to be
a bit unoriginal,uninspired, repetetive and redundant...but
that's just me..

know what? Amon Tobin was here 3 nights ago, and i had NO
IDEA! but also, i'm a minor, and wouldn't have been able to
get in anyways.

but since i'm getting more into µ-Ziq, i'd go with him.

Tobin... he just oozes machismo and coolness. Heck, he
doesn't just OOZE it... it SQUIRTS out of him. Large
amounts. He puts the COOL in cool.

I just saw amon tobin last week with prefuse 73 and bonobo.
Bonobo and Amon tobin did DJ sets, and Prefuse played live.
I don't know what µ-ziq does live, but if he actually makes
music as opposed to spinning, I would suggest going to see
that.

Just read the rest of the posts. I don't know... Amon tobin
was good, but it was way too heavy on the bass. It was
fun... but I prolly would have been dissapointed to have
paid $30 if it hadn't been for Prefuse and Bonobo (who I
might add had a shit-hot dj set and I suggest anyone go
see). All in all, I prolly wouldn't go see him again, unless
there were other people I really liked in the show.
