Machine gaining sentience, after calculating and schemeing
and planning. They dictate how they are built, what they
are built of and why they are built.

I think of a spinning machine on one song I don't remember
which. a washing machine usually.

"Under Boac" make me think of an asylum for mentaly
handicaped people.
Its the retarded voices in the bakround and the erie melody
that comes in after a while.
That track is a bit Tim Burton to me.
When the song ingrease the tempo i imagine the patients
escaping and running around in the vilage causing
havoc. There newly won freedom makes them all realise how
wrong they have been treated and they become dangerous.
The town people panic , they never even new there was an
asylum in the area .
These people have been hidden away.

The whole album has a bit of a unsettling Psycho vibe i
think.
The childish melodies and stuff.
"Caliper Remote" for example would fit the soundtrack of a
horror movie.

it makes me think that I am listening to an Autechre
album..a damn good one,

that's what the fractal monkeys that hover around the stereo
fragmenting and intergrating as soon as the album comes on
say as well..over and over...You are listening to an
Autechre album..and a damn good one too..you are going to go
out and buy more damn good autechre albums etc..etc....in
really hypnotic..looping sounds.talk about a overblown
marketing tool...does everybody else's album come with this
featureas well?

is that a new autechre release?
(im really not autechre expert but i love the 2 albums i got
from them amber and tri repetae)
:)

yeah, lp5 is autechre, but it isn't a new release :)
it has no real title, but people call it lp5. it's the one
with acroyear2, rae, drane2, arch carrier, under BOAC...

i cannot really imagine anything with lp5, ep7, gantz graf,
etc.
it is great but so cold, i really think sean and rob sold
their souls to machines!! -_°
(maybe that's because of this i don't listen to autechre
very often. it's hard to find moments where i really feel
like listening to ae...)

now i have thought a little of rei ayanami.
she is cold but nice, and attractive in some way... a bit
like Ae. ' _ '

the thing that differs the most is the quietness of rei...
whereas autechre is rather harsh (their latest works at
least).

It doesn't make me imagine any where near as much as
Confield for some reason....The tracks are far less organic
and more structured, imo.
