Southwest USA:

Sandblasted denim jeans and skirts for women.

I went to the mall last weekend and they were everywhere. I
must have been asleep fashion-wise for the last few weeks
because I've never seen them before. They look pretty
stupid.

USA:

If you are of the age 16 - 19 and you live in the US. Your
hobbie probably consists of ricing up your car in anyway
possible. The goal of 'ricing' is to make your car go as
fast as possible even if it means it'll look like shit when
you are done.

OR make it LOOK like it goes fast, even if it actually makes
little difference in the actual performance

like putting fuckin HUGE rear spoilers on front-wheel drive
cars...... haaaahahaha

or putting what my friends and i call "loudeners" on.....
hehehe...... basically, 'performance' mufflers that probably
dont make much different to ur '94 honda accord

"Sooo , I'm like, its like so TOTALLY *NOT* happening !!"
"OH-my-god" etc...

yuck. I hate that. a car is a car.
unless it's really old, big and sexy. but then you don't
need to do anything to it anyway, except maybe put a CD
player in it.

yeah, i've got one of those cars that kids like to tack shit
onto, like big spoilers and lowering kits. but around here,
and this is no joke, the poorer people take their '80s
P.O.S. imports, drill holes in the mufflers, chop the
springs then add the cheapo radio shack booming systems!

offline skodt from Toronto (Canada) on 2002-07-17 15:02 [#00312899]

up here in canada, eh, y'know we take our old 76 ford
pickup's and give them 52inch, what we call bigfoot tires.
jack it up with canadian tire gas fueled shocks and
suspension, and add nice big rollbars in the box.
we put huge winches on the front a them darn grills incase
we lose our seals under the ice.
and we learned to put big lights on the rollbars so we can
see what we is doing at night when we are chasin each other
around in the tundra.
there were a few accidents with our mini monster trucks adn
neighbours igloo's.
what's yr problem with radio shack sound systems?
they are the best to represent our co0untry hero's like
celine dion and bryan adams.
i mean wow those two have some serious talent!
well, my brother/uncle is calling me so i better gets to
getting back and such.
