I've been posting lately on a site called xltronic There's like, 11 active users who say the zaniest things. This one dude epic mega trax posts like 3 or 4 pages of blog a day and the avatars are so colorful and funny! It's like, what will these crazy guys think of next! what a blast. |

Seriously tho I don't really get microdosing. It's basically taking enough psychedelic matter to effect your neruotransmitter levels, like an SSRI or something, but not enough to have the genuine experience. All the positive, life changing moments I've ever had came from the experience itself. |

I came back to xlt after maybe a 4-5 year hiatus in 2020. The impetus of posting here again was probably strongest, most full throttle LSD experience I've ever had, early 2020. I contacted a lot of old friends in the weeks after that. I started working on music again. The evening of that trip, there were wildfires coming over the santa cruz mountains, which was basically in my back yard where I was staying in Palo Alto. The pandemic had just begun in earnest. Smoke positively filled the air-- to this day if I smell that sort of wildfire smoke, I'm *instantly* flashed back to the trip. The rest is hard to describe, like hands carrying me up and up, to a white space, decidedly greek in architechre, where there was some entity at the top who was only concerned about my well being. It gets crazier from there, there was a spiral made entirely of gnomes that I spent some time in. Just not sure you can reap a benefit on 1/50th or 1/100th of that dose (apprx 4 hits). You certainly won't get a gnome spiral. |

hah, just yesterday i was at a site that featured the largest !outdoor escalator! in all of germany. wtf! they even had it mentioned on google maps. was there for my first ever skatejam rollerdisco. and boy, was that fun, when sugarhill gang came up, i felt like going up straight to the heavens. |

THE. THING and yes, that drove me absolutely mad. so i wrote some scripts to spider the whole board and now it's all in an sqlite archive and i can search the board without even an internet connection. i program for a living and it more or less took me half a saturday to sort out, and -- yeah, does seem worth it to have an archive. as with scrape pacing, i've gone hardcore polite and not scraped anything you need to log in for (i.e. user profiles, with email addresses and web URLs etc) so mind you those will be gone if this place is |
