planet mu forum closes?

so this is a time where you could get the people
serious(fun) about electronic music over here, rather than
shut it down, xltronic interface is SO much better than
WATMM basically, just need to moderate it a bit more and
contribute to it a bit more, ultimately financially i guess,
which means subscription which ultimately means death oh no
we're back to capitalism, contributing something positive to
the world, afganistan etc the pity of man's lack of real
progress amidst so much progess, basic human nature, music
being so crucial to influeincing that, braindance...
whatever you call it, mi brane...

in this case i expect the forum closing will make way for
something bigger or better and good luck/respect with/for
that

it wasnt just closed for drugs thats just a rumour prolly
spread by rephlex ppls
basically ppl kept saying "Gay" to mean shit and then warp
was all like "ooh stop this homophobia ooooh" then the
obvious thing to wind them up is keep posting gay gay gay
autechre is fucking gay etc etc and then when they shut it
down basically they also blamed "homophobia" hehe
funniest thing i can rem was afx came in for official chat
with a diff coloured name then he disappeared after 3
sentences and then suddenly some terrible windup merchants
entered the forum to stiru shit up. basically afx just made
a dupe and started taking the piss and nobody realise heheh
warp board was basically one big troll fest hehe couldnt
stop laughing why they shut it down pathetic guardian
readers man

Whut up. This is peace ♥ from the mu board.

Attila told me Mike probably shut it down for good. So that
is that, but maybe Mike's just holding out and making the
board members suffer... so everyone's all crying and
high-fiving upon the phorum's return.

Last time Mike said behave. I guess nobody behaved.

I was in the middle of posting, and by the time I posted,
the board was gone.

On an upnote, the board member profiles are still there,
which means that the board database might also still be
there.

Some sunny day will reopen the board, and we can all pee
everywhere in joy!!!

Inspired by the man who was once Hasty Boom Alert.

Word.

I think for the most part, no one's listening, or cares in
the slightest, so if you can't talk amongst yourselves, all
three of you, I don't know what anyone else can do to really
resolve, that, issue. Maybe fucking shut off the fuck up?

Apparently George Ergatoudis (head of Radio 1) contacted
Mike Paradinas and informed him that if if certain libellous
comments about the BBC and its political leanings continued
to be posted on the forum, then Planet Mu would lose its
Radio1 franchise with the DJ Mary Anne Hobbs.
Obviously Mike P did not want to lose this essential revenue
and pulled the forum immediately.

OK HELLO ALL MU'FUGEES!

That's fucked up about the BBC sinks, if it's true. It kind
of reminds me of when my website was sponsored by Coke, but
I kept drinking Pepsi on my nude live webcam.

Coke said, "J Dawg, you got really rippling abs with the
body of a gymnast, and all us Coke girls are all juicy for
you... but you gotta start drinking Coca Cola again, dude.",
and then I was all, "No. Coke's carbonation is more fuzzy,
and I prefer the sharper cut that the carbonation of Pepsi
provides."

They cut sponsorship immediately, sued me, and
now I am poor.

dubstep to torture prisoners in Afghanistan.

right, bomber?

Think there's just one homophobe, but you know them
homophobes - they have to be all fucking loud and proud
about it and ram it down people's throats. If they were just
a bit more like normal people I'd be able to accept them
more, y'know?
