"This is also known as Chicken Chase by Firebird. Basically you have to stop the rats, foxes, snakes from getting the eggs, whilst you go and f@*k the hen some more. Eggellent!" --- It's got a pretty nice title and the game is simple and fun (I assume), and the cover is very interesting... At first I thought like "this cover makes no sense", but when I started thinking about it - it does - but not in the usual cover-way. The cover shows a boy and a girl dressed up in 80s style (the game is most likely from the 80s) and with decoration on their head. The girl (a hen) is holding an egg and the boy (a cock aka a rooster) is either holding his suspenders or nothing. The cover defineatly gives the game more depth, as you can relate to what is happening in the game with real life (if you think of the characters in the game, who the humans are dressed to reference, as people). Moral of the game : Scoring with chicks is great, but DON'T forget to take good care of the babies (or in this case chickens). If you don't - YOU WILL BE THE ONE LOOSING. But what about the fish? It looks like a very small shark to me - coming from nowhere biting the girls arm. Perhaps the shark represents the dangers in the game (aswell in real life). We all need to protect ourselves and our babies (in this image; the egg) to survive, bouth in the game and in real life. Below is the cover and a screenshot from the game (taken from lemon64.com). yeah that's what I thought first to, but there's no visible string, and it looks like (but it's hard to see that at this resolution) his left thumb is behind his left suspender. |
