recently i feel new discover in internet. we are all so many. some with smile some with sad unhappyness. i alway find it tricky to accept the sad but we cannot deny. is unacceptable. but the new discovery i find is that all can be heal with words, and words is right HERE BABY :) :) how happy is xltroinc cos sometime i sense lil bit of depress. tell me what bother you WHATEVER it is. i want so much to hold and lend hand in help. |

haha is nicest post i feel the warmth! i not so clean today cos i spet too much time feeling happy and listning to music (is cure for all thing!!!) yes some fear i see this. is strange reaction many troll are more malevolnt and jus type rude words on over and over. i think is maybe cos ppl are not use to it ;p ;p i just got call from william and was nice conversation. he said that he had sister tho that nearly give up on life cos of depress and i felt so sad for him and his sister. he say she getting better now and needs special medicine but she has found a way and is working hard to become manager at a computer store! such good news and please take as example. many have awful inner dark to battle. take every chance you get!!! good luck william and your sister. pls keep strong and always on the toby smile!!!!! ^_^ |

's ok thanks sometimes when i eat food which has a bad taste to my tongue, or hear noises i don't want to hear while listening to something/someone, i just try to overcome the bad feeling excluding it from my attention. giving it the place that i think it deserves. sometimes it works, sometimes not (when there is something new), but it makes the job for me. hth |

i think perhaps depression even if so serious is all mind. if you can beat that silly feeling no matter how strong then hapy is yours. it may seem you are completly made of all these feeling but i think they live in lies you made iside yourselve: i like this feeling/i hate that place/i cannot enjoy this thing. i think maybe we need to let go of feeling all togethr and then happy come by itself. if you can feel very bad and still move then bad become nthing and good will rule over i think ^_^ the answer is of course ultimate SMILE!! ^_^ |

dagibit in case you not answer (is fine rly i understad). i think you just need to find direction. you have so many option, but one you cannot choose is give up!! no not acceptable!! if the bad feeling is general flat feeling like open bottle of sweet fanta left in sun then you can regain spark and love for life. it may come in place you least expect or might be right under your nose. but is there! becuase life has so much maybe too much to say is not worth feeling. if your problem go deeper then you have thinking to do and i sure you smart enough to identify and defeat. understand that it is ievitable and only time and circumstance keep you waiting, not that salvation does not exist! i hope all can love this idea and remember it incase sad come again no matter how big. i wanted to add regarding the noises stuff, that if you manage to exclude some everyday, step by step, you automatically become able to catch some you won't usually recognize, and make cool ambient mixes without playing records whatsoever. |
