carl craig

i have downloaded 3 albums by him under 3 different artist
names.all of them is great and considered classics i
think.some of it is quite similar to the selected ambient
works 85-92 stuff in a way.

Carl Craig - More Songs About Food and Revolutionary Art
Paperclip People - The Secret Tapes of Dr. Eich
Psyche/BFC - Elements 1989-1990

far..

Haha. It's as mainstream as pop can be! Don't let him
fooolya, oh no!

yeah, it kind of is, actually.. it's pop, one of the rare
pop artists I enjoy.. it also depends a bit on which albums
you listen to... Beautiful So Far is good, and so is
Rollerskating, but they're quite different in a way...
Morbid Latenight Show falls somewhere in between too,
maybe... she's also very.. sensual. Was at a live concert
with her (which, by the way, was awesomely much better than
on record; she had a full live band and everything was way
more energetic) and she did lots of nice sensual moves
including the cliché "slowly removing long silk gloves"
thingie...

also, you have no say in this you erlend øye lover!

well, I think sweet injections may be a bit too uneven, but
it's good in a way too.. I don't know.. but all her albums
are pop. It's just.. somehow, it's good pop.

anything.

i don't think so, no..i think people here just aren't
interested in that type of electronic music. when we get
people who make shows, like lidell, jason summer, or other
stuff like that, the place is usually packed.
