i cant understand what is so hard to understand. just see
the action, see where the referee is placed, and then judge
from yourself how he could not have seen that that was not a
penalty. if the referee could see with cameras surrounding
all sides of the action then yes, but the referee was in a
point where all he could see was the australian defender
tripping grosso

well, actually, i don't agree with you. i cant understand
what is so hard to understand. just see

tripping grosso.

is it all so hard to understand ? jesus.

I wouldn't call 80% of the penalties that are being called.
You have to fight if you really care about winning. There is
nothing wrong in some blood on the field.

obara, we are agreeing. it probably was not a penalty, but
the referee, in his position, could only see a genuine foul
committed by the oz defender on grosso.

i am hoping for some barthez blunder to help italy.

All I know is that France plays a gorgeous game of football
and I hope they kick the shit out of those smug Italians.
Diving and playing dirty aside, the Itallian players just
look like assholes. Can I get an amen?

gorgeous football. it really is obvious that most of you are
british and know jackshit about football. it has been
recognized by everyone that the most interesting thing about
this final is that france and italy play exactly the same
kind of football, so all this talk about gorgeous football
is bollocks. zidane plays gorgeous football, not france.

i like the way france plays...

the zidane to henry goal against brazil has got to be one of
the best in this tournament.

that's true, and so was zidan'e goal against spain.

the del piero goal against the germans was utterly beautiful
as well, a throwback to those glory days he had in the mid
to late nineties with juventus.

i think italy will win.

if they don't then i will have gotten every result wrong
:)

*thinks* that's weird grammar...
