wow. This was pretty lame. After bilious paths, you know he
has more potential than this. The first half was just plain
ass loops, the second half amounted to the first but with a
gabber kick.

jokes apart, would you like polls not related to electronic
music?

yeah something a bit more meaningful would be nice..to get
to know people better.

if you want to continue polls only about music, here's an
example how that last poll you made would probably turn out
better;

if you had the chance to see autechre, aphex twin or
squarepusher the same evening which gig would you go to?

1. ae
2. aphex
3. squarepusher

even if you want to make polls about music only there's many
many options for nice polls instead of every time same poll
with different name. and there shouldn't be too many options
which don't make any sense..we should all get something out
of it..

I should ask to Phobiazero if he would like to have polls
not related to electronic music on Xltronic.

I understand what do you mean with that example, anyway I
think I often make similiar polls as you check here:
example1

example2

it is not easy to find a different idea everyweek, so
sometime i made funny polls, sometime serious polls. i made
also polls about your marital status, fav browser, analogue
music vs digital, etc...
i touched various genres anyway you should understand me if
sometime polls are better or worst than others.
like in every job is possible you more or less inspiration.

anyway i will be ready to retire from poll master without
controversials if phobiazero and will ask to me.

i (we) don't want you to quit doing polls, just to put a bit
effort into it. im quite aware it isn't easy to come up with
something new each week. the thing is you often give to many
answers that don't mean anything and no one gets anything
out of it. sometimes simple 'yes' or 'no' would do. also
when it's non music related, i don't mean you start making
polls about agriculture or space science, but something in a
way that is related to xltronic members. but as i said, if
you think sticking to music polls is the best, there's lots
and lots of different things you could consider. you make
polls about certain stuff that no one cares about, or don't
even now, you go to specific even. and the options to vote
for should make sense imo, because if you give to many
options (most of which don't give any ideas) polls are made
for no real reason. ofcourse this is only my opinion, but as
you see im not the only one having these thoughts. i don't
know how you perceive people here, but half of us isn't
really that into electronic music, but we like stuff appart
from that as well. sure xlt is a music mb, but we're also a
community and there's always lots of interesting stuff you
could go into :)

ok, thanks for your nice advices.

as i always said i open to listen poll suggestions, i would
be also happy to post polls made by you (as i did in the
past).
unfortunately i receive really few proposals and ideas...
just critics lately...

maybe its time to let someone else do the work, someone
fresh with new ideas (no i do not mean tridenti), someone
with basic english skills.

btw: now i'm feeling a little bit under pressure...

i wrote next weekly poll some day ago but now i'm not so
sure you would like it or not. :-/

so i was thinking... this is my poll-maker style, if
members, webmasters and moderators don't like it more maybe
it's time to change pollmaster. i'm not polemic simply
realistic.
i write polls with my own style from some year and i liked
to make it, but if i should start to create new polls who
don't reflect my style maybe is better to quit.

i think you should quit if you cant take constructive
criticism seriously.

you know, you don't really need a new style. you basically
need to form them a bit better, specially with options. you
normally give too many which doesn't mean anything and
therefore make the polls look unneccessariy.

i'll send you a examples of what i mean via email, i hope
that one you have a link for on your web page is still
active.
