Listening to Chris Clark is like fucking a fit but dumb
blonde girl. Fun the first few times but when you want to
get more involved there just isn't enough substance there.

(actually Fermium was worse than Frau Wav, i only listened
to it once in its entirety...)

you may totally disagree with me about Throttle Furniture
and it's okay - i even hope you disagree, it's
probably good but just not to my taste now.

it lacks soul or whatever, maybe it's just this ambient
stuff i don't like

chris [mellow] lark is a big bon jovi fan and pretty much
just copies tracks from the new jersey album and compresses
the hit singles into snare hits so you hear living on a
prayer 1 hundred & thirty 7 times in one listen of gob
coitus

that's really funny ! ;] haha

anyway.....let me look:

1.herr bar - juicy beats and catchy melody. i love this
track.

2.re scar kiln - stupid melody and smells like rdj. but i
like it.

3.urgent jell hack - sounds like made by drunken Photek in
his early glorious d'n'b times. mixed by RDJ in 2001. good
track.

4.frau wav - quite similar to track 2 but ends in a nice
ambient way which is a good passage to the last track.

5.dusk swells - this track is great and really makes me
wanna say : fUck the hat0rz, Clark is unique.

peace

i think i pretty much agree with most of that, although,
dusk swells makes me play vletrmx from garbage which then
makes me play garbarge from the beginning which then makes
me play...ugh...i need to get another green bottle and check
myself...not sure if shuffle is a good thing...just went
from beatles white album to deltron 3030...get your hands
dirty

shuffle rules the world. and fade in/out feature , tracks
blending to/from one another = sounds wicked.

i've just changed from amon tobin 'hey blondie' to legofeet
'westcoast acid'. haha great.

amon tobin is jesus minus the woodworking skills

that 2nd breezeblock track shit is disgusting....gob coitu

s

i love how you can go from bill hicks to ween to quinoline
yellow and have it sound smooth

I thought that Clarence Park was ok and Empty the bones of
you was pretty bad ; should I listen to this ?

yeah but like are his future releases going to be under the
name clark

obviously yes

and i dunno i just what i don't really know what any more,
lack of sleep, by the way, zappa, thing fish, does it get
any better than it? what do you mean?

i don't particularly like thing fish but i never really gave
it much of a chance. 69-75 were the glory days of zappa for
me

i just seen you changed the tag ;]

as he currently changed to "clark" -> i think Throttle is by
Clark. i don't know if he changes the previous releases'
names ? and gonna cross out "chris" from each and every
sleeve ? heh

more here

he;s a difficult cunt isn't he, i don't want to fuck up my
last.fm, really, that's the main thing, so i think i'll just
lump it all in under motherfucking chris clark

sure i have all my zappa under "Frank Zappa" instead of the
assortment of names of the mothers' bands that he had
throughout the years

If you didn't like Empty the bones you probably shouldn't
bother with this one either. Have some more of those
happy-housy-funky-frenchy-lalala's in your very own mix.

once i thought about changing the tags for Photek's "modus
operandi" to artist name : Rupert Parkes. it was when i
heard "solaris" and got pissed. how he could come from
classic d'n'b to shit house - was beyond me.

Comboi : you should. "empty the bones" is great, wtf ?
