I got to disagree with you LeCouer... hip hop is pretty poor as a whole, but I think that's true about most music, ya know. Even so, a lot of my favorite artists are hip-hop. There is a whole lot of creative genius coming out of this culture. Quannum is good shit. Lyrics born, Blackalicious, Shadow. Def Jux is crazy. They got a lot of fresh original stuff. El-P is dope. Canibal Ox has great tracks. Anyone listen to the Anticon label? |
