Peel sessions 1995 track 3, I love it! Should have been
included on ICBYD I think, would have fit in there
perfectly.

I totally agree on Gibbon...I absolutely love that
track...infact all tracks on ABB5, except for that lousy
joke of 'Elephant Song'

'Next Heap With' has brilliant strings, even better than
ICCT Hedral, if you ask me. Also 'Logon Rock Witch' is a
really cool song...very very weird....even with all the
general maddness on the RDJ album, this one is really
weird.....

Also Italic Eyeball, Vordhosbn (even if it is a tad too
similar to Squarepusher's 'I Wish You Could Talk'), Nannou
(love that unwinding coil-springs sound), Hexagon from SAW
II and Custodian Discount.

ICBYD seems to be appreciated as an album, but not as single
tracks.. strange.

anyway where can i find the track pancake lizard? several
afx tracks mentioned here that i don't know about.

i'll add heliospan here.

definately has to be Gabbro Rod Fix (a.k.a. Animal). hardly
anyone has heard it cause he's only played it live. I think
of it as a cross between Donkey Rhubard and Vordhosbn.

Everyone's always on about Alberto Balsalm though!

And surely Heliosphan is one of his more famous individual
tracks, non?

Oh...that was just my personal opinion...I just felt that
the way the beats were hard and steady around a simple and
beautiful melodic theme...was very consistent between the
two tracks...also the nature of the melody itself, and the
way a part of the melodic content is percussive in
nature...I may or may not be right in connecting the
two...just that in MY mind they are twins seperated at
birth.
