I don`t understand what coca cola did to earn the EVIL
reputation it has. I know it is a huge corperation, but
other then that did they kill people like shell did or
anything like that?

Man! You're all addicted to sugary drinks made from
who-knows-what-chemicals in factories!

Personally I can't stand any of them. I think they're all
absolutely bloody awful. If I drink coke I feel ill. But
then, a Ferrari won't run on diesel, I suppose ;)

We spent many years always trying to get high
Smokin' broken pencils and beating up kids
Talking to the devil and drinking a coke
Now we're totally rocking, totally rocking

i prefer coca cola to pepsi, but i would rather drink diet
pepsi than either.

i love diet pepsi. i have so many soda cans stacked up in
front of my computer screen..i want to get a flatscreen so
that i can fit more on my desk and just recycle them like
once every two weeks.

How much sugar is in a can of Coke or Pepsi?

Eating sugary snacks and sipping soft drinks between meals
can lead to dental decay because the sugar sticks to teeth
and causes plaque. Many people don’t consider sugared soda
as “junk food” simply because it is a beverage. Although
the soda contains no fat, drinking a can of Coke or Pepsi is
not much better than eating a bag of candy. Colas are
primarily made up of water, artificial colors, and sugars. A
can of Coke has 39 grams of sugar, while a can of Pepsi has
41 grams. That equals about seven teaspoons or 13 lumps of
sugar per can!

Read labels and look at the sugar content in the products
you buy. Corn syrup, molasses, honey, and all words ending
in “ose,” such as fructose and glucose, are forms of
sugar. Contrary to popular belief, honey is not necessarily
healthier than refined sugar. Our bodies treat all sugars in
the same fashion. Also, beware of the “fat-free” craze.
Many low-fat and nonfat foods have very high sugar contents.
As with everything else, moderation is the key with sugar
intake. So drink a can of Coke or eat a candy bar on
occasion. But just remember to brush your teeth afterward,
eat a well-balanced diet, and stay active!
