It's true, you have the biggest rack on XLT. (pun intended)

The 60s/early 70s wood-whatever on my basement walls rock
and you know it.

This is a genuinely interesting thread..

Most of my old CDs are in a big CD binder, but I don't like
that system anymore so all the newer ones are collected in
several shoeboxes. They actually are pretty well suited to
the task, they make the CD jewel boxes really easy to flip
through. I also have a couple of small metal containers for
CDs that I've gotten from friends and family, and then a
vertical set of plastic drawers which are full of empty
cases, mostly. It's pretty scatterbrained, and I'd like to
fix it eventually into something more standardized.

I store my CDs in Benno shelves.
Very space efficient

I bought one of those, but when I got to my flat I
discovered that my ceiling was too low for it, so I had to
return it :(

i used to get rid of the stuff "i don't listen to and will
NEVER listen again" - but several times it appeared
bullshit. i come back to certain artists, records, tracks
from time to time.

SO i archive them : those who i listen to very rarely are
kept in mp3 cdrs , dug deeply. and those ....oh wait,
where's my mp3 case ?

"i gave away a few as well..the ones i bought two copies
by mistake."

> that's crazy ^^
never happened to me... (though i'm thinking of buying a
second copy of Kid A, in the normal edition jewel case; my
cd is scratched because of the special cardboard
packaging... and if i had lots of money, maybe i'd buy
another copy of Ænima by Tool, just to have the lenticular
US case and other artwork.)
