hopefully some people kill some animals, otherwise, it would be all the time rat invasion, wandering dogs, or field devastation by wild boars (like where I live).
and : a mad fox could kill you !

There is a woman near my village which collects all sorts of animals, mainly old dying horses.
Sha have like 200 horses, 5 stags, other animals I don't remember, but also there was 6 wolves...
and guess what, one night, a crazy dumb man opened the grids with a hacksaw to release wolves !!! it's true it was 2 months ago.
one have to stop them before a drama, and they have to kill 3 of them because unable to deaden !

and as an aside, a vegetarian's diet is borderline dangerous and a vegan one is out-and-out dangerous.
i know 4 vegetarian women, that's all, and they've all had miscarriages. i don't think this is a co-incidence.

raping and murder is also something humans would do naturally, I wouldn't rape anyone myself, because I have personal moral beleifs which dictate that I would never rape anyone, and by doing that, technically I'm going against nature by not giving in to my physiological urges and raping and girl I see fit, vegetarians are the same thing, they have moral beleifs that stop them from doing something they perceive as morally unjust,

for one of these women, it was their first-born.
miscarriages are common, but still, the ONLY 4 people i know well, who are female and vegetarian, have all had miscarriages. all i'm saying is that i think it's an obvious knock-on effect of the baby not getting the nourishment in the womb that it requires.
THEY'RE ABORTING THEIR OWN BABIES INADVERTANTLY!

good god, all vegetarian diets are not equal. there's nothing inherently "healthy" about eating meat or not eating meat. a healthy diet may include meat, or may not include meat.
do some fucking research, and lay off the anecdotal evidence.
"i know several vegetarians, and they're unhealthy. so vegetarian diets are unhealthy." i'm actually surprised to see arguments as weak as this, and i've read some pretty stupid arguments on this board.
so we were designed to eat meat? actually, we were designed to eat meat and/or plants. more importantly we were designed so that we may choose. we may choose to not eat meat, and we can be healthy. we may choose to eat meat, and we can be healthy.
it is, however, in your best interests to understand why you've chosen as you have...

well im sorry for my opinion but its just as you can see. avoiding meat is against nature and evolution, thats simple as that. unless youre so sweety soft that you cant stand teh fact that humans must KILL animal before they will EAT it. but i tell you what - veggies are sort of alive too, and i bet they dont like to be killed aswell. so theres no point of saying "im vegetarian coz i dont like the idea of killing animal", and, shamefully, majority on veggie-jockeys thinks in this way.
plus there are some needed / usefull things in meat that your organism shouldnt avoid.
thats the point. and again - we have special teeth to eat meat, not to pick up flowers, dont we ?

opto, i say "do what you will," but i don't have to agree with your thinking, or follow your example.
you seem to confuse what you believe with facts. against nature? who are you to speak for nature?
plants are alive, sure, but unlike animals they do not suffer. anyway, many people do not take issue with killing animals, they take issue with the abuse animals suffer before they are killed. our teeth allow us to eat meat and plants; this doesn't mean that we must eat meat. obviously, not all human organisms need to eat meat, since there are vegetarians who are healthy.
if we are not empowered to choose, then why are we capable of reason? i only used the word "designed" since i was responding to the suggestion that we were "designed to eat meat."

I know what you mean but at the same time the men still had a choice (even if it was a stark choice between working and starving to death), and they can rationalise what they're doing, why they're down a pit. A donkey's natural habitat, on the other hand, is usually above ground and would survive nibbling plants rather than have to heave about in the dark, they'd be scared shitless.
We should look after animals responsibly, not go out of our way to exploit them to extinction. We can't have our selective morals dictated by market forces.
