Ahhh...Just got home...crashed the Warhol show at the Tate
Modern today, best way to spend time after a sleepless
night...

Anyways....

Agreed on the confusion....thought that was just me...

Set seemed to be all laptop based...didn't anyone see any
vinyl in his hands....

But yeah, as a style, I like it...things were a bit tooooo
abrasive a couple of times (and I like abrasive)...would
have been better to pace it out a bit more...

But the times when Drukqs tunes came on was worth the price
of admission alone.... should've been more shit like
that....

Seems like RDJ has got a crush on Venetian Snares....seemed
to be one played evry 5 mins....(I'm not complaining)...

And as per the previous Thread....what the fuck was going on
with having half the place seated....I think that added to
the confusion....

Right time for a smoke & a bath with me girl...

Next time we better all wear pink carnations or
something....would've been cool to say hi but didn't see
anyone I recognised....

i'm just starting to write the gig review for kludge, so all
your comments help guys!

russel Haswell was more than abrasive. its like he didnt
even attempt to mix his tunes together, just fumbled them
into each other with a more than healthy dose of static

I forgot to say earlier, how come they had a stage/table set
up centre stage, which DMX guy used, and then Richard was
hiding at the left?
Great music and light show, but i could have done without
staring at an empty table for two hours!

Haswell sure had the "i-dont-give-a-shit" attitude, but he
took it to an extent that it just sounded painful.... if
thats what he wanted to do, he did it well.

i must admit thought, the 21second pisstake was quite
amuzing :)

and yes it was a shame that we had to stare at an empty
stage while RDJ hid in the corner! i guess he just prefers
it that way

i think RDJ was off to the right, and then Haswell was on
the left after

it was all a but strange tho
