It's called a "garnish" :) I agree a raw egg broken over the centre of a pizza before it goes in the oven is lovely. I used to make my own pizzas (own dough/base), but it took so long to do the dough and let it rise. |

I make my pizzas from scratch. I put chilli in the tomato sauce. The toppings I like are, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, anchovies, olives, artichoke hearts and jalapenos. They're great pizzas. |
