thats like its supposed to me. I'm in the middle of this shitty schoolproject. we have to make a 3 to 6 minute film. with 5 people in a group things can get.. slightly agitated. |

It can be really hard doing group creative things, especially when you are really into it... my trick is to take a step back for a bit..... let them make some mistakes.... then come back in with all the soloutions which are obvious from afar but hard to see if you're too close.. |

oh I get that too. I'll foresee a problem, say something like "we'd better not do that, we'll have a problem with...", nobody listens and 5 minutes later they're all surprised about the sudden appearance of aforementioned problem. just imagine - we're going to start editing next week, and this little flick will have about 150 different shots. I've already put my foot down that there will be no more than 2 people behind the computer at any time or I will go insane. |
