Of course, if you can make a beat out of it.

Yes, that does work. I liked yours, but I think it could do
without the crackly noise that is in a lot of the track- it
conceals the crispness of the beats. Good ending too.

Thanks ! It's just something I made in about 30 minutes out
of boredom.

I mean cort didn't actually do anything himself. The beat
he is using isn't his work in any of the things he posted,
my referring to his age was because in the past I have been
accused of being a shady cunt for pointing stuff out because
the person I was pointing out was young.

I dunno...fuck it, it's not like I even care anymore.

Serious? It was just the first thing that popped into my
head.

I love my little track. It's called:

"yarnkles for breakfast"

http://artists.iuma.com/IUMA/Bands/wmw/

I made it exactly one minute by sheer accident! This
track doesn't use my overdone snarkle technique and it has
melody and chords even. All of the percussion is from
corticalstim's drum track though.
It will take me a year but I'll download all the other
entries but only to validate that mine is indeed the best.

what exactly do you mean by none of the stuff i posted was
my own work?

its not my own work because i took some drum hits and
sequenced them? its not my own work because i sliced and
sequenced a loop?

sorry - but you just lost a lot of respect.

no it's not your work because all you have done is mapped a
chopped up wav file to percussive channels in a classical
midi file.

no i did not - if you would like the files i could send them
to you - i sequenced every single drum hit individually - i
spent hours sequencing the percussion patterns in those
tracks and didnt take an easy way out

Then you were a bit daft because you could have got the same
effect by doing what I said :D!

Anyway I didn't mean to offend you, it just really really
sounds like what I said. I apologise if you really are
telling the truth :D
