sheesh, i dont think this post is meant to be taken so
seriously.

it is the SMOJPHACE ep, you know.

and corrupted-girl, did you notice you spelled stupid wrong?
i thought that was pretty funny; didn't want it to go
undocumented.

whoever made the comparison of noise to classical .. no
matter how remote the parallels, should probably be shot and
given some time to think about it ..

i agree with theo. and it kind burns. inside and out.

but seriously, how is noise anything like classical.
i don't even especially enjoy classical, but again, this is
hard work by dozens of people compared to noise. even
i can make noise and i have little talent to call my own.

I remember when in this forum we heard about some dj
smojphace djing at the bjork show.... when we knew that most
of the audience begun shouting and complaining about that
horrible noise, we were all laughing at them for being so
lame and soft eared...

many people here look like those bjork fans

if you dont like it fine, tell us and we can have anice
discussion, but complaining to aphex or to the buyers cos
you dont like it.... come on

btw I am loving it more and more every listen

smojphace sucks, but i do like everything else he has done.

theres a difference between thinking that it was funny or
thinking that the complainers were lame or soft eared.

and in this case it was....?

dont get me wrong... it was just a comparison, we all
lauched at those poor bjork fans, and this is like the 20th
thread complaining about smojphace... it looks as if the
whole community was crying like little children that cant
find their toy

and again, I like it so much, I am glad I purchased it even
though I read lots of reviews here

there's a difference between being "soft-eared" and not
liking total shit.

back to topic:

first I didnt like the remix very much, but after quite a
lot of listens I am really enjoying it a lot... still ktpa1
is my favourite... from minute 5 its just great...
yes, great music!

so now I would say I like the three tracks quite a lot, its
a shame its not a bit longer (the ep I mean)

one other effect smojphace is having on me, is that it makes
me wanna listen to it again and again ... and this afternoon
after 3 listens I had to oblige myself to stop... its quite
hypnotic

i don't really like the noise tracks but especially for you
i will listen to it again and maybe it will change my mind.
(heard it just two times or so)

I understand that people dont like them... but they kind of
do it well for me... its like the travel of a noise... yes..
like if richard took a noise and make it travel all along
the noise possibilities... but in some way its a continuous
trip... last 2 minutes in the track 2 are great imo

you should check RPT vs. UHT, that's some really great
noise.
it's quite rare tho, if you can't find it on SS/KAZAA, i
could put it on SS/KAZAA if you want it.

great thanks!

one more thing about smojphace:

I was never interested in noise music, but now I am feeling
a new interest and its due to smojphace... that has to mean
a good thing about it

in some ways that two noise tracks remind me of the old
school acid beats... (tamphex, flaphead...)
